Award of the diploma
The request for the diploma is made by the student, ONLY after the final work has been submitted to the R.I., to the PPGH Coordination Office, which will forward the process to the Dean of Research and Postgraduate Studies. On average, the process takes 20 to 30 days.
Documents required:
* Identity card, front and back (document stating the student’s place of birth);
* Diploma of previous degree, front and back;
* A library card, which can be issued by SIGAA or requested from atendimentobch@ufc.br.
-> Compile everything in a single pdf file and send it to the Secretariat’s email address.
Once the documents have been sent, the Secretariat will open a file in the Electronic Information System (SEI) and send the file number so that the interested party can follow the stages of the process. From then on, the interested party must deal directly with the PRPPG.
